Kaelyn was sat on the couch in her and Keira's apartment. She missed living in the manor but it was quieter and she could play her guitar and sing without anyone complaining, Keira loved to hear Kaelyn sing and said that she didn't sing often enough. She played a few notes on her guitar before starting to sing. "I am moving through the crowd Trying to find myself Feel like a guitar that's never played Will someone strum away?
[Chorus:] And I ask myself Who do I wanna be? Do I wanna throw away the key? and invent a whole new me and I tell myself No One, No One Don't wanna be No One But me..
You are moving through the crowd Trying to find yourself Feelin' like a doll left on a shelf Will someone take you down?
[Chorus:] And you ask yourself Who do I wanna be? Do I wanna throw away the key? and invent a whole new me Gotta tell yourself No One, No One Don't wanna be No One But me..
Your life plays out on the shadows of the wall You turn the light on to erase it all You wonder what it's like to not feel worthless So open all the blinds and all the curtains
No One, No One Don't wanna be No One But me..
We are moving through the crowd..."
Linda had helped write that song but she hadn't got the chance to finish it. Kaelyn had to finish it for her. It would have been better if her sister had got to finish it. It was Linda's words, she just sang it.

Keira leaned against the door frame of her room, listening to Kaelyn play. She wondered if Kaelyn was still mad at her for their discussion over Selene. Then again she knew Kaelyn. Kealyn didn't hold grudges as long as she did. "Kae..." she said, and went over and sat on the armchair opposite of Kaelyn. "Did Linda really feel like that?"

Linda hadn't liked to talk about things so she had expressed herself though her songs that she had wrote with Kaelyn. "She always felt like she had to prove something to everyone." She said as Keira sat down opposite her. "She never got to finish it."

Keira already knew what Kaelyn told her. She had been close to Linda too considering they had been room mates, and got along most of the time. Naturally they would get into silly arguments over small things though. "I know..." She lapsed into a thoughtful silence but Kaelyn said something else too. "Then why don't you?"
She wasn't sure how Kaelyn would react to the question. She knew Kaelyn had left Linda's songs pure and untouched from changes or additions, but it would make sense to finish the songs.

"I could never write a song as good as her. She wrote them I just sang them." There had only being one song that Kaelyn had wrote after Linda's death and she hadn't edited the other songs that Linda had wrote. She had left them pure... how linda had left them. Kaelyn just sang them, that was how it had always been.

"Still...not as if she'd mind. Linda never liked anything left unfinished," she told her. She knew very well that Linda had written the songs and Gabriella had sang them. She had never been allowed to look at the song book- that and Linda's drawings, except for once when Kaelyn had shown her the picture of the apartment they had dreamed of having. It was two things that Kaelyn and Linda had refused to show Lilly or Keira. The only thing they had ever hid really was their diary. Keira was over protective of her diary for that...it had been both hers and Lilly's when Lilly had been alive.

"I know.... it just, doesn't seem right." She sighed as she pushed some of her long blonde hair back out of her face. She set her guitar down next to her, both her and Linda had learnt to play the guitar since they were 4 years old.

Keira sighed, and leaned back against the chair, her dark brown hair falling naturally in place behind her shoulders as she did so. Her hair was silky and did things of it's own accord a lot of the time."I think it doesn't seem right you're denying yourself something Linda would've wanted." She knew Kaelyn would probably not like Keira pursuing the topic and so decided to turn the topic in a different direction. Besides, she had been meaning to ask Kaelyn something for a while now.
"Do you think I look like my mom?" she asked, quite unexpectedly. Tons of people had told her she did, and she had always taken it as a compliment but now she wasn't so sure. She felt a renewed guilt by just staring at her own eyes in the mirror.

"Course you look like Aunt Phoebe.... I would be worried if you didn't." She said simply. "Though thats a good thing because Aunt Phoebe always looks glamorous unless she very stressed." The only way that Kaelyn really resembled her mother was her pale skin. Though Kaelyn couldn't really talk because she could change her appearance in a heart beat.

Keira groaned. "I don't want to look like her...." Wasn't as if there was anything she could do about it though. She wished she could. Of-course she could use a spell, but that was personal gain and would most likely backfire. "You have no idea what amazing powers you have..." Keira had a wind manipulation but she hated it, and still envied Kaelyn's powers.

"What? my powers? amazing? Orbing.... over rated. Orb Attacking... only really work when I'm annoyed. Materialization... I really have to be careful about what I think about, Transmogrification.... not so good when you first get it." When she first got that power all she had to do was say a persons name then she would turn into them or she she thought about someone she would change. She was changing every two minutes which was funny for everyone else to watch but really frustrating for her. "And Rage Oppression... Demons either want to kill me for it, or turn me evil for it. No fun at all. Nothing to be envious of." But she didn't know she had Geokinesis..... yet.

"It's better than mines," she disagreed. "Orbing...so much better than heart blinking. Honestly the heart lingering behind you pretty much shouts your mood. If I use my ring even worse- a flash of sparkling light, again representing my mood. I hate that. Demons could use it to get to my weaknesses. Orb attacking, so what if it only works where you're annoyed? That's a totally amazing power. Transmogrification, you can look like whoever you want. I'd love that. Rage oppression...its still a cool power," Keira told her.
"My powers are not anywhere near as cool. Cupid Abilities you just make people fall in love, wind manipulation killed Aunt Prue, Darkness balls...too lame, Heart blinking I already told you that, my stupid forcefield rarely works and hearing everyone's thoughts every second of the day annoys the hell out of me."

"Hey... if it weren't for your cupid ring then I would still be dead." She said simply "And your darkness balls have come in useful... remember against Zankou? and if it hadn't have been for your forcefield they we would have died a long time ago." She sighed "I would love an element power that would be so cool."

Keira shook her head. She still didn't agree but didn't say anything on the topic of her powers. On element powers though she did have something to say. "Did you forget dangerous as well?"

"Dangerous to demons when you can control it." She said with a smile. "That power can kick some serious ass.... Including Courtney." Kaelyn would love to get her own back on that demon some demon and she knew that Keira wanted to vanquish her too.
